This is a list of books and resources that I go to often when creating my desserts. I think it’s really important to acknowledge those who have worked so hard to create such wonderful books and who give me some much needed inspiration. On another blog, I saw a carousel widget that featured that blogger’s favorite cookbooks. And I thought it was pretty cool! It was sponsored by Amazon. And while I like and use Amazon… a lot… (I purchase many books through them and have a wishlist growing there!); they wanted to charge me a handling fee if no one purchased a book from my carousel! Nothing against Amazon, but I’m not here to promote them. I’d rather promote the authors of these awesome cookbooks! And so I decided that in appreciation for the many wonderful authors whose books I refer to and enjoy so much….. I am going to slowly incorporate a featured cookbook in a widget on my home page.
